Private 1:1 AI tutoring for executives
A tailored, one-on-one program where you build your personal AI Operating System — the tools, agents, and workflows that fit the way you actually work. Not a course. Not a workshop. A private engagement designed around your profession.
Book a CallThe premise
AI is the new workforce. The executives who thrive in the next decade won't be the ones who outsource their AI strategy. They'll be the ones who understand it well enough to direct it themselves — like a manager who knows every role on their team.
Your AI Operating System is the workbench where that happens. It's a personal set of agents, prompts, and workflows — built around your actual responsibilities — that you learn to build, manage, and extend yourself. Think of it as assembling your own team of AI specialists, trained to handle the work the way you'd want it done.
I teach you how to build that workbench. And I do it privately, because the work is specific to you.
The goal is a permanent capability — a system of AI agents you understand, control, and can extend every time your work evolves. Trends change. Your workbench stays.
What we build together
Each layer builds on the last. By the end of our work together, you have a fully functioning system — and the skill to keep building it on your own.
Your AI workbench
The foundational setup: the tools, platforms, and environments where your AI agents live. We build primarily on Claude — using Claude.ai for conversation and research, Claude Code for automation, and Claude Cowork for managing workflows — alongside other tools chosen specifically for your work.
Your AI agent team
Purpose-built agents for the specific tasks that eat your time: research, drafting, analysis, scheduling, client prep, reporting. Each one is designed for how you work — not how a template says you should.
Your management skill
The ability to evaluate, refine, and build new agents yourself. You learn to think in terms of delegation — what to hand off, how to instruct, when to intervene. This is the layer that makes the system yours forever.
What your AI team might look like
A research agent
Scans publications, competitor filings, or industry news — and delivers a structured briefing before your Monday meetings.
A drafting agent
Turns rough notes, call transcripts, or bullet points into polished client communications, memos, or proposals in your voice.
An analysis agent
Processes spreadsheets, reports, or data exports and surfaces the three things you need to know — without you opening the file.
A decision-prep agent
Gathers the context for a decision you need to make, lays out the options, and flags what you might be missing.
The experience
We start with your actual work
No syllabus. No pre-built curriculum. We begin with your calendar, your inbox, your responsibilities — and identify where AI creates the most leverage.
We build your first agents together
Side by side, in real time. You watch the thinking, ask questions, and start building the instinct for what makes a good AI agent — and what makes a bad one.
You start building on your own
With guidance. You bring new problems, we work through the approach together, and gradually the balance shifts — from me building and you watching, to you building and me advising.
You leave with a system and a skill
A working AI Operating System tailored to your profession — and the ability to extend it yourself whenever your work changes. No dependency. No ongoing fees.

Common questions
What does "apply" mean? Is there a screening process?
It's a short conversation, not an interview. I take on very few clients at a time, so I want to make sure the fit is right for both of us — that your goals match what this program delivers, and that my availability works with your timeline. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you directly.
Do I need any technical background?
None. Most of my clients are executives, lawyers, consultants, and operators — not engineers. The entire program is designed to meet you at your current level and build from there. If you can use email and a browser, you can build AI agents.
How are sessions structured?
We work live, side by side. Early sessions focus on setup and building your first agents together. Later sessions shift to you bringing problems and building solutions with my guidance. There's no fixed syllabus — the pace and direction follow your work.
What tools will I be using?
The core of your workbench is Anthropic's Claude — specifically Claude.ai for conversation and research, Claude Code for building automations, and Claude Cowork for managing AI-driven workflows across your files and tasks. Beyond that, we'll add whatever your work demands: spreadsheet tools, CRMs, note-taking apps, industry-specific platforms. The stack is shaped by your profession, not by a preset curriculum.
What's the difference between 5 and 10 hours?
Five hours is enough to set up your workbench, build your first agents, and learn the fundamentals. Ten hours gives us the space to build a complete AI Operating System and get you to the point where you're building independently — which is the real goal.
What happens after the hours are used?
You keep everything we built. If you want to continue, you can purchase additional hours. But the program is designed so that by the end — especially at 10 hours — you can keep building on your own.
Can you give me an example of a typical client?
A managing partner at a consulting firm who wanted AI agents for client research, proposal drafting, and competitive analysis — built to match the way her team already works. A VP of operations who needed a daily briefing system that pulled from five different data sources. Each engagement is different because each person's work is different.
Why don't you take more clients?
Because the value comes from depth, not volume. When I'm working with you, I'm learning your role, your tools, your patterns, your preferences. That takes focused attention. More clients would mean less of it.
Private, tailored AI tutoring for executives who are ready to build — not just learn about it.
